PROGRAMME: PUTERI SIHAT, PUTERI HEBAT

The Puteri Sihat, Puteri Hebat Programme was held on 19 August 2026 at the Sacred Heart Hall, Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) St. Rita (M), Sibu. A total of 190 pupils participated in
 the programme.

Two activities were conducted during the programme, namely Misi Doktor Muda (Young Doctors Mission) and a Health and Personal Management Talk.

The objective of the Misi Doktor Muda activity was to increase pupils' health knowledge through peer learning while empowering the leadership skills of pupils from the Young Doctors Club.

Dr. Siti Khadijah Zulkifly from Lanang Health Clinic was invited to deliver the Health and Personal Management Talk. The talk aimed to enhance pupils' knowledge and understanding of biological changes, reproductive health, emotions, and personal management. The participants were pupils from Year 3 to Year 6.

On the same day, the school also invited its strategic partner, Joy & Health Pharmacy, to conduct health screenings for school staff and pupils.

The school sincerely hopes that this programme will provide valuable benefits and enhance the health knowledge and awareness of both school staff and pupils.
